Customer Service Advisor for Digital Technology — Lisbon

Workster, in collaboration with a global leader in customer experience, is hiring English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a digital technology project in Lisbon. This role involves supporting small and medium-sized businesses by providing top-tier customer service across multiple channels. You will address product inquiries, account issues, and platform assistance, enabling clients to maximize their use of innovative digital solutions while ensuring a superior customer experience. Responsibilities: Handle customer support through phone, email, and chat. Assist business clients with questions about products, accounts, and platforms. Offer pre-sales and post-sales support, resolving issues promptly. Guide users in utilizing digital tools and self-service options. Foster strong customer relationships via professional and empathetic communication. Manage sensitive customer data with confidentiality and precision. Document interactions accurately and adhere to internal protocols. Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, quality support. Perfil pretendido: Fluent English at C1 level or higher. Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-oriented approach with empathy and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to professionally handle challenging situations. Solid teamwork and collaboration skills. Responsible handling of confidential information. Quick learner with good computer proficiency. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
