Administrative Support — Afternoons — Cascais

We are a family-owned group of companies based in Cascais, operating in real estate development, sports and leisure (padel), catering and events, and pet hospitality. Our office is located in a farm setting, just minutes from the center of Cascais, and we handle multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for someone with solid administrative experience who is organized, autonomous, and comfortable with digital tools and AI. This is not a full-time job, but rather a part-time opportunity to occupy your afternoons and supplement your income, offering flexibility without a rigid schedule. The ideal candidate may already have other activities, a pension, or other clients, and seeks a stable, well-organized collaboration of four afternoons per week. The role involves transversal administrative support for the group's companies: organizing documentation for accounting, preparing payments to suppliers and tax obligations, liaising with suppliers, lawyers, and public entities such as the municipality, registry office, notary, and tax authority, managing appointments, scheduling platforms, and social media, and maintaining physical and electronic archives. We require a minimum of 3 years in administrative roles, proficiency in Excel and digital platforms, fluent English, autonomy, and attention to detail. You must reside in Cascais, Sintra, or Oeiras, and have a driver's license and your own vehicle, as the office is in a rural area a 10-minute walk from public transport. This is a service provision arrangement, requiring an open activity in the tax office and issuing receipts. There is no exclusivity, so you can keep other clients or activities. The rate is €10.00 per hour actually worked, paid monthly against receipt, with VAT added if applicable, though typically not due to the exemption under Article 53 of the CIVA. The workload is approximately 16 to 18 hours per week, distributed over four afternoons between 3pm and 7/8pm, with flexible scheduling to be agreed. This is a continuous collaboration with the possibility of adjusting the hours.
