As a Senior Manager, you'll be a central figure in a team of seasoned experts, taking charge of intricate valuation projects and aiding clients with strategic and financial choices. Your duties span a broad spectrum: you'll direct valuation analyses, steer project teams, and cultivate robust client connections. Specifically, you'll lead valuation engagements and financial assessments, employing sophisticated valuation techniques; manage the gathering and scrutiny of financial and market data; shape and validate valuation methods and critical assumptions; oversee the creation and refinement of valuation and business models; supervise the drafting and review of valuation reports for diverse uses like financial reporting, transactions, tax, and litigation; present and clarify intricate financial analyses and valuation outcomes to clients and senior executives; serve as the primary client liaison during engagements; guide, mentor, and coordinate teams comprising managers, senior consultants, and junior staff; and contribute to business development by crafting proposals and joining client presentations. We're seeking candidates with a university degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics; 7 to 12 years of experience in valuation and business modelling; strong computer and financial modelling proficiency; the capacity to distill client information and grasp essential business drivers; and fluency in English.
