Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst

We are seeking a professional to define, configure, and develop laboratory and hospital software solutions, handling projects of intermediate to moderate complexity. Responsibilities: - Convert requirements into functional solutions by drafting use cases, specifications, and requirements for both current and new system designs. - Conduct root cause investigations for moderately complex issues that may span multiple products, ensuring timely conclusions and high customer satisfaction by supporting issue resolution and coordinating patch/release integration. - Manage solution configuration and documentation: install and configure software, test lab workflows, establish and maintain business rules, verify system and instrument interfaces, and provide input to service staff. - Collect customer feedback for product enhancements or new offerings, sourcing insights from internal teams, external parties, and cross-functional project members to meet client needs. - Identify and mitigate technical risks by reviewing and applying appropriate actions. - Ensure compliance with quality system standards by adhering to departmental policies and procedures. - Execute project-related activities as assigned. Profile: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, a medical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Experience: At least 2 years in a related role. - Skills: Strong analytical and communication abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal colleagues, software developers, and clients.
