Customer Service Agent (FR/EN)

We are seeking a dynamic Francophone Customer Service Agent to handle a variety of requests from our Members, including taxi bookings, restaurant reservations, flight tickets, insurance and electronic payment assistance, as well as providing advice and recommendations. The ideal candidate will be curious, resourceful, and innovative, ensuring a memorable experience for each Member.
