Fundraising Manager

Adecco is seeking a Fundraising Manager to join our client, a prominent higher education institution focused on business and economics. You will lead fundraising efforts centered on scholarships, individual donations, and major campaigns powered by digital platforms. In close collaboration with senior fundraising leadership, you will help execute the client's 2026-2028 Fundraising Plan, aiming to achieve a total revenue of €13.3M and advance key priorities like the Endowment Fund. This role entails turning high-level fundraising goals into concrete action plans and coordinating multiple projects effectively. You will interact with a broad range of stakeholders—students, alumni, corporate and institutional partners, and the community—especially through institutional events, executive education, and flagship initiatives.
