Specialist in HR Governance and Operations

Adecco seeks an Interim HR Governance & Operations Specialist for a prominent international firm undergoing transformation and expansion. Your responsibilities will include: refining and modernizing HR processes to meet governance criteria; promoting standardization and establishing robust control systems; creating and monitoring payroll control measures; improving employee relations procedures; detecting risks and implementing proactive fixes; and aiding in the development of a more strategic, efficient, and scalable HR function. To excel in this role, you should have: at least 4 years in HR Operations, Governance, or Audit/Control; a strong focus on process improvement and ongoing optimization; solid understanding of labor law, employee relations, and payroll controls; excellent organizational abilities to independently manage multiple projects; and ideally, experience in international settings. We provide: a contract with Adecco covering a maternity leave (7 months, from July 2026 to March 2027); a salary between 2,000 and 2,800 euros; hybrid work; based in Lisbon, Portugal; and exposure to international projects and best practices.
