Junior O2C Specialist (French-speaking) – Med Equipment Project

In this role, you will process customer orders accurately and on time, generate invoices and credit notes in line with company policies, perform daily cash application of customer payments, monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices, resolve simple customer queries and escalate complex disputes, assist with reconciliations and month-end/quarter-end closing, and maintain updated customer master data in the ERP system. We are looking for someone who is fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (C1 level), has 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations, possesses knowledge of accounting and finance principles, has strong analytical skills and MS Excel proficiency (v-lookups and pivot tables preferred), is familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus), and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
