In this position, you will: accurately process customer orders in a timely manner; generate invoices and credit notes in line with company policies; apply customer payments to accounts daily; review AR aging reports and contact customers about overdue invoices; resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex disputes; assist with reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closings, and audit tasks; and keep customer master data up to date in the ERP system. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Dutch (C2 level, both written and spoken) and proficient in English (C1 level), has 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or finance operations, understands accounting and finance principles, possesses strong analytical skills and MS Excel proficiency (v-lookups and pivot tables are a plus), is familiar with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (preferred), and has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
