Accounting Team Lead (M/F/D)

You will lead a team that manages the complete accounting cycle for multiple entities, ensuring adherence to IFRS, internal controls, group policies, and statutory obligations. Responsibilities include: mentoring and supporting a team of accountants; enforcing accounting policies and internal control frameworks; overseeing monthly closings and reviewing reporting packages; assisting with consolidation tasks and auditor communication; preparing statutory accounts and contributing to tax reporting; and driving process improvements while maintaining strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
