R2R Accountant (m/f/d)

As an R2R Accountant, you will prepare and post journal entries according to accounting policies and closing schedules. You will perform detailed reconciliations of balance sheet, sub-ledger, and intercompany accounts. Key responsibilities include executing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings; managing intercompany reconciliations to confirm balances and resolve discrepancies; preparing Opex reports to support management reporting; validating and reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and timely variance resolution; supporting half-year and year-end reporting with schedules and disclosures; maintaining accurate financial records for audit readiness; ensuring compliance with internal controls, IFRS/GAAP standards, and SLAs; assisting during internal and external audits; collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve finance queries; identifying risks, discrepancies, and control issues with timely escalation; contributing to continuous improvement and automation initiatives in R2R processes; and monitoring KPIs related to financial closing and reporting.
