## Descrição

We are seeking a French-speaking Collections Agent to join our team in Miraflores, Algés, under a hybrid work arrangement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with cash collection experience who thrives in a multicultural environment and is looking to advance their career.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a client portfolio in an international context.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure payments are made on time.
- Address customer concerns and escalate them to the appropriate subsidiaries.
- Obtain missing accounting details via phone or email.
- Negotiate tactfully and reinforce company policies.
- Keep precise records of all interactions and complaints.
- Propose solutions for account-related issues.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams (SSC and subsidiaries) and external clients.

Profile:
- C1 level in French.
- B1 level in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- At least 3 years of experience in cash collection or similar roles (shared service center experience is a plus, but mandatory).
- Solid finance knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.

Offer:
- Hybrid work model.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
- 40 hours per week.
- Base salary: €1,200.
- Meal allowance: €9.60 per day.
