We're hiring on behalf of our client, a boutique guesthouse in central Porto, for a versatile hospitality professional. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for welcoming guests and maintaining top-tier service standards.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, manage check-ins, and assist with activity planning
- Prepare and serve breakfast
- Attend to guests in the garden, offering snacks and beverages
- Ensure rooms, shared spaces, and the garden are guest-ready
- Handle guest communications via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Manage daily operational tasks

Profile:
- Weekend availability
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Conversational Portuguese; additional languages (Spanish, German, French) advantageous
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and quick learner
- Prior customer service experience

Offer:
