## Descrição

We are seeking an Italian-speaking Administrative Assistant to join a logistics client in Porto, Matosinhos. This role is ideal for someone fluent in both Italian and English who thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. You will be a key part of the back-office team, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations. This is not a call center position. Your responsibilities include preparing customs entry documentation from shipment paperwork, verifying the accuracy of customs documents, and liaising with customers via email to clarify any missing or unclear details. You will maintain high accuracy while working in a goal-oriented setting. The ideal candidate has B2 or higher proficiency in Italian and English, a proactive and collaborative attitude, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
