Adecco Recruitment is seeking a Global Transition Lead for a prestigious client operating in an international, fast-paced setting. The role involves overseeing the transition and mobilisation of new contracts, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and various stakeholders, and defining transition plans, timelines, and milestones. You will ensure new contracts are implemented successfully within set deadlines and objectives, managing multiple stakeholders across countries and functional areas. Identifying and resolving challenges to keep projects moving forward is key, as is leading complex programmes with a strong emphasis on execution and delivery. Promoting continuous improvement in processes and outcomes is also essential. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in project, programme, or transition management, or large-scale implementations. Experience in international and multicultural environments is required, along with a good command of English. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence and align diverse teams, a high degree of autonomy, accountability, and ownership, strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, maturity, curiosity, a results-oriented mindset, and the capacity to work effectively with various personalities and working styles. A continuous improvement mindset and a strong focus on value creation are also important.
