Nutritionists for Full-time or Part-time positions across Portugal – 28-month contract

E-sycare, Lda. is seeking nutritionists to work across Portugal on a 28-month contract (part-time, 20 hours weekly, either on site or online). Candidates must have over 5 years of professional experience recognized by the Order of Nutritionists. The role involves specialized support and follow-up for young populations, focusing on dietary guidance. Key responsibilities include: (a) providing in-person and/or online consultation in the 'Alimentação' area at health centers and units; (b) referring patients to other healthcare services and external partners, particularly the National Health Service; (c) preparing clinical information to share with other health professionals involved in cases; (d) producing evidence-based content for public distribution within the 'alimentação' intervention area, including referrals to other program devices and external partners, especially the National Health Service; (e) joining multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with professionals from districts in the assigned region; (f) adhering to the methodology for planning, execution, and evaluation of interventions.
