Italian-Speaking Booking Agent – Hybrid in Lisbon

We are hiring a Booking Agent fluent in Italian and English for a luxury hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. If you have a background in reservations, call centers, or hospitality and enjoy working with international clients, this hybrid role is for you. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels; Advise and persuade clients to confirm their reservations; Manage emails with professionalism and attention to detail. Perfil pretendido: Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory); Previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality; Strong communication and persuasion skills; Desire for stability and growth in an international company. Oferta: Base salary of 1089€; English language bonus of 35.70€; Italian language bonus of 128€; Meal allowance of 8.32€ per day (paid only on remote workdays); Full-time hybrid work model; Weekends and public holidays fully remote; Rotating shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
