Italian-Speaking Booking Agent — Lisbon (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Booking Agent fluent in Italian and English for a luxury hospitality group. Based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon, you will manage reservation calls and emails from international clients, ensuring a premium booking experience. Previous experience in reservations, call centres, or hospitality is required. The role offers a base salary of €1089, plus language bonuses (English €35.70, Italian €128), meal allowance of €8.32 per day (remote workdays only), and a hybrid model with full remote work on weekends and public holidays. Shifts rotate between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday. This is a stable opportunity for growth within an international company.
