Order Entry Associate — Temporary Position in Pharma

We are recruiting an Order Entry Associate for a major pharmaceutical company. The role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders in the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include handling customer orders, verifying order information, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining records, tracking order progress, assisting the customer service team, and adhering to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has prior experience in order processing or customer service, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, familiarity with SAP (preferred), and fluency in English and Portuguese. We offer a monthly salary of 1900€, meal allowance, health insurance, and a temporary contract through Michael Page with a minimum duration of 12 months.
