Reservations Agent (FR/EN) — Luxury Hospitality Lisbon

We are seeking a Reservations Agent fluent in French and English to join a premium hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. Your daily responsibilities include managing inbound calls from international clients seeking to book memorable stays at the group's hotels, advising and persuading them to confirm reservations, and handling email correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality, enjoys communicating and creating excellent customer experiences, and is motivated by stability and growth within an international company. We offer a base salary of €1089, an English language bonus of €35.70, a French language bonus of €128, a meal allowance of €8.32 per day (paid only on remote workdays), a full-time hybrid work model, weekends and public holidays fully remote, and rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
