Reservations Agent (German Speaker) — Lisbon

We are recruiting a German-speaking Booking Agent for a luxury hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. If you have a background in reservations or as a booking agent and enjoy working with international guests, this role is for you. Your daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels, guiding and convincing them to confirm their reservations, and managing email inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone fluent in English and German (mandatory) with previous experience in reservations, call centers, or hospitality. You should enjoy communicating, persuading, and delivering excellent customer experiences. We offer a base salary of 1089 euros, an English language bonus of 35.70 euros, a German language bonus of 256 euros, a meal allowance of 8.32 euros per day (paid only on remote workdays), a full-time hybrid work model, weekends and public holidays worked fully remotely, and rotating shifts between 7:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
