Italian-Speaking Booking Agent – Lisbon

We are seeking an experienced Booking Agent or Reservations Agent to join a prestigious hospitality brand on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. Your main responsibilities include: answering inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels; advising and persuading guests to confirm reservations; managing email correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate profile: fluent in English and Italian (mandatory); previous experience in reservations, call centre, or hospitality; strong communication and persuasion skills; desire for stability and growth in an international company. The offer includes: base salary of €435.60; Italian language bonus of €51.19; meal allowance of €8.32 per day; part-time fully remote work model; rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00.
