Reservations Agent (Italian/English) — Lisbon

We are seeking a Booking Agent with fluency in Italian and English to join a luxury hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. Your main responsibilities include managing inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels, persuading them to confirm reservations, and handling email correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has previous experience in reservations, call centers, or hospitality, enjoys communicating and creating excellent customer experiences, and seeks stability and growth within an international company. We offer a part-time fully remote position with a base salary of €435.60, an Italian language bonus of €51.19, a meal allowance of €8.32 per day, and rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00.
