French-Speaking Reservations Agent - Part-Time, Fully Remote

We are hiring a French and English speaking Booking Agent for a luxury hospitality group located on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. If you have prior experience as a reservations or booking agent, enjoy interacting with international guests, and want to be part of a premium brand, this role is perfect for you. Responsabilidades: - Handling email correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring all requests are addressed; - Answering incoming calls from guests interested in reserving memorable stays at the group's hotels; - Providing advice and encouraging clients to finalize their bookings. Perfil pretendido: - Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory); - Previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality; - Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences; - Desire for stability and career growth in an international company. Oferta: - Part-time, fully remote work arrangement; - Base salary of 435,60; - French language bonus of 102,39; - Meal allowance of 8.32 per day; - Rotating shifts from 07:00 to 23:00.
