Indirect Tax Compliance Lead

This role leads global VAT compliance activities across Colt's operational regions, ensuring adherence to regulations, robust governance, and continuous process improvement. As the subject matter expert for indirect tax, you will provide independent VAT advice to business stakeholders and support strategic initiatives. You will own indirect tax compliance governance, manage interactions with tax authorities and external advisors, oversee indirect tax risk, and drive projects to enhance compliance efficiency, controls, and reporting. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to make informed recommendations and decisions within established governance frameworks.
