Reservations Agent (Dutch/English) — Lisbon (Remote Part-Time)

We are seeking a Dutch- and English-speaking Booking Agent to join a luxury hospitality group's reservations team, based in Lisbon's Avenida da Liberdade. This part-time, fully remote role involves managing inbound calls and emails from international clients to secure bookings at premium hotels. Responsibilities include advising customers, persuading them to confirm reservations, and handling all correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Dutch, has prior experience in reservations, call centers, or hospitality, and excels at communication and customer service. We offer a base salary of €435.60, a Dutch language bonus of €102.39, a meal allowance of €8.32 per day, a part-time remote work model, and rotating shifts from 07:00 to 23:00.
