Italian-English Booking Agent – Hybrid, Lisbon

We are hiring a Booking Agent (Italian & English) for a luxury hospitality brand based in Lisbon's Avenida da Liberdade. This hybrid role involves handling reservations and client communication. ## Responsabilidades - Handle inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels - Advise and persuade clients to confirm reservations - Manage emails professionally and attentively ## Perfil pretendido - Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory) - Previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Looking for stability and growth in an international company ## Oferta - Base salary: €1,089 - English language bonus: €35.70 - Italian language bonus: €128 - Meal allowance: €8.32/day (paid only on remote workdays) - Full-time hybrid work model - Weekends and public holidays fully remote - Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday
