Italian Booking Agent — Part Time Remote (Lisbon)

We are hiring a Booking Agent (Italian & English) for a luxury hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. If you have a background in reservations or call center operations and enjoy working with international clients, this is your chance to join a premium team. Responsabilidades: - Answer inbound calls from guests interested in booking stays at the group's hotels; - Guide and convince clients to confirm their reservations; - Manage email correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. Perfil pretendido: - Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory); - Previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality; - Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on customer experience; - Looking for stability and career growth within an international company. Oferta: - Base salary: €435.60; - Italian language bonus: €51.19; - Meal allowance: €8.32 per day; - Part-time, fully remote work model; - Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00.
