Reservations Agent (Dutch/English) — Lisbon (Remote)

We are seeking a Dutch- and English-speaking Reservations Agent for a luxury hospitality group based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. This part-time position offers 100% remote work. Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls from guests interested in booking premium hotel stays. - Assist clients in finalising their reservations through persuasive communication. - Handle email correspondence with professionalism and meticulous attention. Perfil pretendido: - Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory. - Prior experience in reservations, call centres, or hospitality. - Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on excellent customer service. - Desire for stability and career development in an international company. Oferta: - Base salary: €435.60. - Dutch language bonus: €102.39. - Meal allowance: €8.32 per working day. - Part-time schedule with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00. - Fully remote work model.
