Reservations Agent (German Speaker) — Hybrid in Lisbon

We are seeking a German-speaking Booking Agent to join a luxury hospitality group based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. In this hybrid role, you will manage inbound calls and emails to secure bookings for the group's hotels, advising clients and persuading them to confirm reservations while ensuring a professional and detail-oriented service. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and German, has prior experience in reservations, call centers, or hospitality, and excels at communication and customer experience. You should be motivated by stability and growth within an international company. The offer includes a base salary of €1089, an English language bonus of €35.70, a German language bonus of €256, and a meal allowance of €8.32 per day (paid only on remote workdays). The work model is full-time hybrid, with weekends and public holidays fully remote, and shifts rotate between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
