French-speaking Reservations Agent – Lisbon Luxury Hospitality

We are recruiting a Reservations Agent (FR/EN) for a premium hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon. If you have experience handling booking enquiries and enjoy delivering exceptional service to international guests, this role is for you. Responsibilities: - Manage inbound calls from clients seeking to book stays at the group's hotels. - Advise and persuade customers to finalise their reservations. - Respond to emails with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring all requests are handled promptly. Perfil pretendido: - Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory). - Previous experience in reservations, call centre, or hospitality. - Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Looking for stability and growth within an international company. Oferta: - Base salary: €435.60. - French language bonus: €102.39. - Meal allowance: €8.32/day. - Part-time, fully remote work model. - Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00.
