Dutch-Speaking Reservations Agent – Lisbon

Are you a Reservations or Booking Agent looking for a premium hospitality role in Lisbon? Join a luxury brand on Avenida da Liberdade, working with international clients. Your main responsibilities include answering inbound calls from guests interested in booking stays at the group's hotels, advising and persuading them to confirm reservations, and managing email correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory), has prior experience in reservations, call centres, or hospitality, enjoys communicating and persuading to deliver excellent customer experiences, and seeks stability and growth within an international company. The offer includes a base salary of €1089, an English language bonus of €35.70, a Dutch language bonus of €256, a meal allowance of €8.32 per day (paid only on remote workdays), a full-time hybrid work model, fully remote weekends and public holidays, and rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
