Reservations Agent (Spanish Speaker) – Hybrid Role in Lisbon

We are looking for a Booking Agent / Reservations Agent with experience in luxury hospitality to join our team at Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon. You will handle inbound calls from international clients, advise and persuade them to book stays at our group's hotels, and manage email requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsabilidades: - Manage inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels. - Advise and persuade clients to confirm reservations. - Handle email requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Perfil pretendido: - Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory). - Previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality. - Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on customer experience. - Looking for stability and growth in an international company. Oferta: - Base salary: 1089€. - English language bonus: 35.70€. - Meal allowance: 8.32€/day (paid only on remote workdays). - Full-time hybrid work model. - Weekends and public holidays fully remote. - Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
