Italian-Speaking Booking Agent — Lisbon Hybrid

We are seeking an Italian-speaking booking agent for a hybrid role based at Lisbon's Avenida da Liberdade. You will manage inbound calls from guests seeking to reserve stays at our hotel group's properties, advise and convince clients to finalize their bookings, and handle email correspondence. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Italian and has prior experience in reservations, call centers, or hospitality. We offer a base salary of €1089, language bonuses, meal allowance, and a full-time hybrid work schedule.
