Reservations Agent – French Speaker | Lisbon

We are hiring a French-speaking Reservations Agent for a luxury hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon. If you have a background in bookings or reservations and enjoy interacting with international guests, this hybrid role offers stability and career progression. Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls from clients interested in booking hotel stays; advise and motivate guests to confirm their reservations; handle email correspondence with professionalism and meticulous attention. Profile we seek: Fluency in English and French is mandatory; prior experience in reservations, call centres or hospitality; strong communication and persuasion skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences; desire to grow within an international company. Offer: Base salary of €1089; English language bonus €35.70; French language bonus €128; meal allowance of €8.32 per day (paid only on remote days); hybrid work model (full-time); weekends and public holidays are fully remote; rotating shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
