Reservations Agent (Spanish) — Lisbon

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Booking Agent for a luxury hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone with reservations or call center experience who enjoys working with international guests. Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels; - Advise and persuade customers to confirm their reservations; - Manage email inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail. Perfil pretendido: - Fluent in English and Spanish (required); - Previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality; - Strong communication and persuasion skills; - Motivated to grow within an international company. Oferta: - Base salary: €1,089; - English language bonus: €35.70; - Meal allowance: €8.32 per day (only on remote workdays); - Hybrid work model with full-time schedule; - Weekends and public holidays fully remote; - Rotating shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
