Italian-Speaking Booking Agent – Remote Part-Time in Lisbon

We are seeking a Booking Agent with fluency in Italian and English for a luxury hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. Your responsibilities include answering inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels, advising and persuading them to confirm reservations, and managing emails with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality, enjoys communication and persuasion, and seeks stability and growth in an international company. We offer a base salary of €435.60, an Italian language bonus of €51.19, a meal allowance of €8.32 per day, a part-time fully remote work model, and rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00.
