Booking Agent (Dutch) — Lisbon Hybrid

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Booking Agent for a luxury hospitality brand based on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. If you have a background in reservations or call center work and enjoy delivering premium customer experiences, this hybrid role is for you. Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls from clients interested in booking stays at the group's hotels; - Advise and persuade customers to confirm their reservations; - Manage email inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail. Perfil pretendido: - Fluent in English and Dutch (required); - Previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality; - Strong communication and persuasion skills; - Desire for stability and growth in an international company. Oferta: - Base salary: €1089; - English language bonus: €35.70; - Dutch language bonus: €256; - Meal allowance: €8.32/day (paid only on remote workdays); - Full-time hybrid work model; - Weekends and public holidays fully remote; - Rotating shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
