Spanish-Speaking Booking Agent – Lisbon

We are recruiting a Spanish-speaking Booking Agent for a luxury hospitality brand located on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. Responsabilidades: - Manage inbound calls from clients seeking to book stays at the group's hotels - Persuade and advise customers to confirm their reservations - Handle email inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail Perfil pretendido: - Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory) - Previous experience in reservations, call centers, or hospitality - Strong communication and persuasion skills to deliver excellent customer experiences - Interest in stability and career growth within an international company Oferta: - Base salary: €435.60 - Meal allowance: €8.32 per day - Part-time, fully remote work model - Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00
