Role Overview: The selected individual will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to fulfill the company's staffing needs. This includes managing the entire recruitment process, from advertising positions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, all while ensuring a positive experience for applicants. Responsibilities: - Work with managers, HR, and subject matter experts to create and update job descriptions. - Advertise vacancies across various platforms, including job boards, career pages, social media, and networking events. - Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit, ensuring adherence to employment laws and internal policies. - Arrange and coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers. - Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and maintain accurate interview documentation. - Support the creation of recruitment-related processes and documents in line with legal requirements and best practices. - Adopt a candidate-focused approach in all recruitment activities, guaranteeing an outstanding experience for every applicant. - Seek innovative recruitment methods and continually enhance the company's employer brand. - Work closely with managers, the HR team, and other stakeholders to understand current and future staffing needs. - Keep tracking systems up to date and prepare data for metrics and regular reporting. - Assist with the coordination and preparation of new employee onboarding. Candidate Profile: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. - Proven experience in recruitment or relevant HR roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Solid understanding of employment legislation and modern recruitment practices. - Strong capability to evaluate candidates and make sound hiring decisions. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Outstanding organizational and time management skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and handling multiple roles simultaneously. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. - Experience in construction, energy, or telecommunications is advantageous but not required. - Strong command of written and spoken English.
