Health & Safety Specialist — Europe

We are seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to bolster our operations in Western and Eastern Europe. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Occupational Health & Safety, a knack for working with diverse international teams, and a keen eye for organization, compliance, and operational efficiency. Your key duties will include: organizing mandatory OHS training sessions, ensuring adherence to OHS legal standards in various countries, tracking incidents and corrective measures, supporting audits and inspections, compiling reports and monitoring compliance indicators, and liaising with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners. The ideal candidate will possess: a valid OHS certification (TSST or equivalent), 1-3 years of relevant experience, fluent English, outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders across borders. Additional assets include: experience in coordinating training, familiarity with OHS regulations in Portugal and/or Europe, exposure to audits and compliance tasks, proficiency with Asana and AI tools, and extra language skills.
