Junior Sourcing Specialist | Sustainability — Porto

We are seeking a Junior Responsible Sourcing Specialist to be based in Porto, Portugal, with a scope covering Continental Europe. This role focuses on sustainability and responsible sourcing, supporting the deployment of initiatives across multiple countries. You will coordinate sustainability projects, monitor performance, manage reporting, and assist country teams in meeting their objectives. Working closely with European stakeholders, you will ensure data accuracy, track project progress, and support regulatory compliance. Responsabilidades: - Collect, consolidate, and validate Responsible Sourcing data from various European countries. - Maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. - Support KPI monitoring and sustainability reporting cycles. - Track action plans and project milestones, following up with local teams to ensure timely delivery. - Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and working groups. - Support the deployment of programs such as EcoVadis, EUDR, Due Diligence, Inclusive Sourcing, Food Safety, and Supplier Compliance. - Facilitate supplier onboarding and sustainability assessments, monitoring compliance and performance. - Prepare presentations, toolkits, training materials, and governance documents. - Support communication initiatives and collaborate with country teams, buyers, suppliers, and regional stakeholders. Perfil pretendido: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. - Initial experience or internship in sustainability, procurement, reporting, analytics, or project coordination is advantageous. - Strong Excel skills for data analysis and structuring. - Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent English is mandatory; additional European languages are beneficial.
