Supply Management Assistant (Dutch Speaker) — Porto

We are hiring a Supply Management Assistant to join our team in Porto. This position requires fluency in Dutch and English and focuses on procurement operations and supplier management. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient supplier relations, contract administration, and stakeholder support, directly contributing to business success. Your responsibilities include: - Being the initial contact for new supplier inquiries. - Assisting with supplier onboarding and qualification. - Reviewing supplier information, documentation, and certifications. - Keeping supplier records current and accurate. - Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines. - Preparing reports and updating the procurement team on progress. - Managing user access and providing system assistance. - Tracking contract lifecycles and generating related reports. - Supporting contract uploads, document requests, and audits. We are looking for someone with: - Native or fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken). - Strong organizational and administrative capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - The ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. - High attention to detail and a commitment to precision. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Comfort with data, reports, pivot tables, and basic analysis. - A proactive attitude and quick learning ability for new systems.
