Recruitment Business Partner

Adecco is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner for a major international initiative in a vibrant, forward-thinking, and multicultural corporate setting. The role involves overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, evaluating applicants, implementing sourcing tactics, and collaborating with hiring leads. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, strong sourcing capabilities, corporate recruitment expertise in Engineering, IT, or Finance, and proficiency in English. The position offers a monthly salary between €1,600 and €1,900, a six-month contract with the possibility of a six-month extension, a hybrid work arrangement, and access to a contemporary office space.
