Health & Safety Specialist — Europe

Seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to back our operations in Western and Eastern Europe. This role suits those with an Occupational Health & Safety qualification, comfort with international teams, and a keen eye for organisation, compliance, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities would include: • Organising mandatory health and safety training sessions. • Ensuring adherence to health and safety legal standards in various countries. • Tracking incidents, corrective measures, and related records. • Conducting and supporting audits and site inspections. • Generating reports and monitoring compliance indicators. • Cooperating with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners. Our ideal candidate: Holds a valid certification from a relevant health and safety authority (TSST or equivalent). Brings 1-3 years in health and safety, compliance, or a related field. Demonstrates fluency in English (essential). Shows strong planning abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Works effectively with cross-national stakeholders. Also beneficial: Experience leading training programmes. Understanding of Portuguese and/or European health and safety laws. Background in audits, compliance work, or document management.
