In this Senior Manager role, you'll be a central figure in a team of seasoned specialists, steering intricate valuation projects and aiding clients with their strategic and financial choices. Your duties span a broad spectrum: you'll lead valuation analyses, direct project teams, and foster robust client connections. Specifically, you'll guide valuation assignments and financial assessments using sophisticated methodologies, manage the gathering and interpretation of financial and market data, and set the direction for valuation approaches and critical assumptions. You'll also oversee the creation and review of valuation and business models, ensure the preparation of valuation reports for financial reporting, transactional, tax, and litigation purposes, and present complex financial findings to clients and senior leadership. As a key liaison, you'll nurture client relationships and serve as the primary contact during engagements. Your leadership will extend to mentoring and coordinating project teams, including managers and consultants at various levels, and you'll contribute to business growth by crafting proposals and engaging in client presentations. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics, brings 7-12 years of experience in valuation and business modeling, possesses strong computer and financial modeling capabilities, can distill client information and grasp essential business drivers, and is fluent in English.
