Partner Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
Zoi
We are looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. At Zoi, we help manufacturing and retail companies adopt AI-first strategies that generate tangible business results. We don't just give advice—we execute, operate, and scale solutions that turn AI adoption into a competitive edge. Our European teams are growing in Lisbon, Barcelona, Figueres, Sevilla, and Las Palmas, and you can choose your preferred city. Travel between locations is possible. Responsibilities: - Manage partner portals (e.g., AWS APN, Google Cloud Partner Directory, Microsoft Partner Center) and support the Partner Team with administrative and organizational tasks. - Register deals in the respective portals, track joint leads, and keep the CRM updated. Act as the escalation point for deal registration conflicts and resolve claim disputes to ensure accurate pipeline reporting. - Monitor partner program requirements (e.g., training/certification quotas, revenue benchmarks) to maintain Zoi's partner status and eligibility for incentives. Also serve as an early warning system for opportunities to improve our standing. - Generate regular reports and overviews on partner KPIs, certification statuses, and joint marketing/sales activities. - Verify funding availability to support and enhance operational collaboration with partners. - Stay updated on changes in partner program policies and portal features, and translate these into actionable guidance for the Partner Team. - Continuously improve internal processes, focusing on effective workload management. - Act as a liaison between Partner Managers, internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Consulting), and partner operational contacts. Profile: - You hold a degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Media Management) or equivalent qualification, and have initial experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Project Assistance, or Account Management in a B2B/tech environment. - You are highly organized, methodical, and maintain a clear overview even with multiple parallel tasks. - You are a proactive team player with a hands-on attitude and enjoy tackling operational challenges. - You have strong skills in CRM systems and common office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office). - You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); Spanish and/or German are a plus. What we offer: - Various bonus models to reward good work. - 20% of your working time for experimentation and learning. - Continuous training and development opportunities. - Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely from any of our locations. - Access to cutting-edge AI technologies to automate tasks, gain insights, and innovate. - Individual certification and training plans. - Financial support for childcare. - Regular free Friday lunch. Zoi is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to helping you do your best work, championing diversity, building an inclusive culture, and contributing to a more equitable professional landscape.
