Technical Delivery Lead

Zühlke, a Swiss-origin firm established in 1968, operates across Europe and Asia as a global transformation partner. Our multidisciplinary teams focus on tech strategy, business innovation, digital solutions, and systems engineering, particularly in complex sectors like health and finance. We're looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join our HVAC industry client and drive digital transformation. In this role, you'll manage Program Increment and sprint planning, enhance delivery predictability, and track metrics such as story completion and team burndown. You'll also coordinate release readiness, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks across squads. Facilitating agile ceremonies and refining processes with the Scrum Master will be key. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, has 5+ years of experience in software delivery or project management, and possesses deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Strong skills in managing client relationships, using tools like Jira and Confluence, and excellent communication in English are essential. Certifications like PSM, CSM, or SAFe APM and experience with mobile or IoT projects are advantageous.
