Integration Engineer

We are looking for an Integration Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and proven experience in a similar capacity. You should have a solid grasp of IDOC, JSON, SQL, XML, CSV data formats, and file transfer protocols like SFTP, HTTP, REST, SOAP, and RFC. A foundational understanding of project management principles and methodologies is also required. Experience with relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, is essential, along with strong programming skills and proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries. Familiarity with SEEBURGER BIS 6.7, SEEBURGER BIC/BIS Mapping Designer, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, and OFTP2 is a plus, but a willingness to learn them is acceptable. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and work well in a team environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as is proficiency in English, both verbal and written. In this role, you will understand business requirements and the critical nature of integration interfaces, handle requests, incidents, and configuration changes from internal and external stakeholders via the ticketing system, and coordinate technical integration requirements with business teams, IT solution owners, external partners, and service providers. You will also collect and maintain implementation details such as timelines, technical contacts, specifications, certificates, and sample data, monitor platform and interface operations using monitoring tools, create concepts for configuration (e.g., security, communication) and mapping/translation, and perform realization. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of interface and platform issues across IT teams, customers, and external partners, and support SEEBURGER BIS Basis operations, including incident resolution, performance optimization, and stakeholder inquiries.
