We are a leading real estate group in the Mafra region, currently operating three branches and looking to expand. We seek a Human Resources Manager who is driven by results to join our team and lead our growth. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing the recruitment process for new real estate agents across our three locations. • Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, with a proactive approach. • Conducting interviews that focus on identifying commercial and entrepreneurial skills. • Overseeing the onboarding and initial support for new hires. We are looking for someone with: • Prior experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate or a commercial setting. • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities. • A self-starting attitude and the capability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
